Project

Geraldton Health Campus Redevelopment Including Geraldton Radiation Oncology Service

Geraldton

Overview

The Geraldton Health Campus Redevelopment is now complete, delivering a modern facility for the Geraldton and Mid West community.

The redevelopment will reduce the need for patients to travel to Perth for treatment. It includes an expanded Emergency Department with increased services and capacity to support faster, more effective treatment and an integrated mental health service to strengthen mental health care across the region.

Works are continuing on a new standalone radiation oncology unit, with completion anticipated in 2027.

The first services, including the Emergency Department and Community Mental Health, are planned to commence from August 2026. Additional services will progressively move into the facility from September.
