The existing Ocean Reef Boat Harbour will be transformed into a world-class waterfront precinct, becoming a thriving hub for tourism, jobs and a diverse range of housing options.

The marina will include a mix of waterfront cafes and restaurants, retail, residential dwellings, hotel and short-stay accommodation, plus Perth's first coastal pool, which will be available for locals and visitors to swim laps in and to play aquatic sports.

Two new breakwaters have now been built out to their full length, with the project moving into its next phase including dredging and landside clearing to enable the commencement of future earthworks.

On completion, it is expected the marina will provide ongoing employment for more than 900 people.
