Ocean Reef Marina is being reimagined into a vibrant, world-class coastal destination. Stage one of the transformation is well underway, with major milestones already achieved.

Once complete, it will offer a mix of tourism, recreation, boating, retail, hospitality, cultural and residential opportunities for locals and visitors.

Works on the internal family beach and central parkland are progressing. The community will soon be able to enjoy a beach-themed playground and a bike pump track, along with other public facilities and amenities.

The marina will feature new boat ramps, boasting eight lanes - delivering the longest in the metropolitan area, and the longest ramps in Perth. These upgrades will make launching easier and more accessible for all users. A new 108-metre holding jetty will also provide safe mooring and supports the launch of small vessels such as kayaks.
