The existing Ocean Reef Marina is undergoing a transformation to become a world-class destination.

Once complete, the project will deliver a vibrant coastal destination, offering community spaces for recreation, boating, retail, hospitality and accommodation opportunities.

Stage one is underway and has made significant progress, including works on the family beach and boat trailer car park.

The new boat ramps opened in mid 2025. Featuring eight lanes with the longest ramps in Perth, the upgrades will make launching easier and more accessible.
