Three single-lane bridges along the Great Northern Highway between Halls Creek and Kununurra - spanning Arthur Creek, Frog Hollow Creek, and Tickalara Creek - have been replaced with new dual-lane bridges.

The new wider bridges will improve safety and provide more efficient journeys through improved traffic flow.

The new bridges are designed to withstand a 100-year flood event, reducing the impact of flooding.
