White Gum Valley Housing Development is part of the Build‑to‑Rent (BTR) housing program delivering a mix of social, affordable and market housing in Western Australia.

This project will deliver nineteen affordable and five social homes. Located five minutes from the Fremantle hub, the development offers easy access to public transport, shops, services and amenities.

This BTR sustainable and scalable model will strengthen the community housing sector and supports the delivery of diverse and affordable housing.

Once complete, the building will be owned and operated by a Community Housing Provider, offering long‑term, secure rental homes and supporting the creation of an inclusive vertical community.
