Three key intersections on West Coast Highway are being upgraded to improve road safety and traffic flow.
Oceanic Drive, The Boulevard and Hale Road are undergoing modifications. Works include extending right and left-turn lanes, modifying lane configurations to allow more efficient movements, and installing new mast arm traffic signals for improved visibility at multiple intersections.
Additional improvements include resurfacing, drainage upgrades, new kerbing, signage, line-marking and installation of CCTV cameras.
Construction commenced in June 2025 and is scheduled for completion in late 2025.
