Wellard Housing Development is part of the Build‑to‑Rent (BTR) housing program delivering a mix of social, affordable and market housing in Western Australia.

This project is under construction and will deliver twenty one affordable and six social apartments. Located near Wellard Station, the development offers well connected access to key services and amenities.

This BTR sustainable and scalable model will strengthen the community housing sector and supports the delivery of diverse and affordable housing.

Once complete, the building will be owned and operated by a Community Housing Provider, offering long‑term, secure rental homes and supporting the creation of an inclusive vertical community.
