Construction of a new roundabout at the intersection of South Western Highway and Vittoria Road was complete in May 2024.

Installation of the roundabout has improved road safety, access, and traffic flow. A lower speed has been introduced, creating a safer speed environment on approach to the roundabout, addressing concerns in the area.

The upgrade also included the installation of a dedicated right-turn movement from Vittoria Road onto South Western Highway, and a dedicated left-turn lane onto South Western Highway from Vittoria Road.
