Rivervale Housing Development is part of the Build‑to‑Rent (BTR) housing program delivering a mix of social, affordable and market housing in Western Australia.

This project will deliver thirty six affordable and sixty nine social homes. Located in close proximity to the Swan River and Graham Farmer Freeway, the development offers well connected access to key services and amenities.

This BTR sustainable and scalable model will strengthen the community housing sector and supports the delivery of diverse and affordable housing.

Once complete, the building will be owned and operated by a Community Housing Provider, offering long‑term, secure rental homes and supporting the creation of an inclusive vertical community.
