The Morley Drive and Constance Street intersection upgrade will improve traffic flow and safety.
In addition to an island separation for road users turning right from Morley Drive, which will support the new left-in, left-out design at both Constance Street approaches to Morley Drive, a dedicated U-turn facility has also been built so motorists can safely make a U-turn to head west on Morley Drive.
Two existing pedestrian crossings between Constance Street and Hillsborough Drive have also been relocated and reconstructed to bring them to current safety standards.
