The Canning Bridge Bus Bridge Interchange upgrade will be upgraded and expanded to meet requirements for both existing and future passenger demands.

The project is currently in planning, with construction is anticipated to commence in late 2026.

The new larger bus interchange facility will include twelve active and eight layover stands, with improved entries to the station and pedestrian access.

A new southern Principal Shared Path (PSP) will be established between Davilak Street, Canning Bridge Station and the eastern PSP.
