Busselton Housing Development is part of the Build‑to‑Rent (BTR) housing program delivering a mix of social, affordable and market housing in Western Australia.

This project will deliver thirty new social and affordable homes. Located opposite Churchill Park and in walking distance to Busselton’s vibrant Queen Street hub, the development offers easy access to public transport, shops, services and amenities.

This BTR sustainable and scalable model will strengthen the community housing sector and supports the delivery of diverse and affordable housing.

The project is being led by community housing provider Housing Choices, who will develop and operate the building.
