Upgrades between Altone Road and West Swan Road are now complete with a new four-kilometre westbound dual carriageway along Reid Highway open to motorists.
The project also included a new bridge over Reid Highway at Arthur Street, providing alternative access for buses to cross Reid Highway and for pedestrians looking to access the new Caversham Valley Primary School.
