The existing Ocean Reef Boat Harbour within the City of Joondalup is being transformed into a world-class waterfront precinct, providing a range of recreational, tourism, residential, boating facilities and employment opportunities.

The marina is planned to include a mix of waterfront cafes and restaurants, retail, residential dwellings, hotel and short-stay accommodation, as well as a range of boat pens with capacity to cater for Superyachts, plus Perth's first coastal pool, which will be available for locals and visitors to swim laps in and to play aquatic sports.

Two new breakwaters have now been built out to their full length, with the project moving into its next phase including dredging and landside clearing to enable the commencement of future earthworks.

On completion, the marina is expected to provide ongoing employment for more than 900 people.
