The Morley Drive and Constance Street intersection upgrade will improve traffic flow and safety.
Modified lanes will better separate vehicles to support the left-in, left out arrangement from Constance Street to Morley Drive.
A new U-turn facility will be implemented to allow for safe U-turn practices turning west on Morley Drive.
Pedestrian crossings will be updated and relocated between Constance Street and Hillsborough Drive.
