The Hillarys Cycle Network Expansion project will offer key coastal connections for people walking, wheeling and riding in Perth’s north-west. A total of 10.2 km of shared path will be delivered in three sections.

Section 1: Hepburn Avenue – Whitfords Ave to Gibson Ave (2.6 km). This shared path is due for completion in early-2024 and is co-funded by the State Government and City of Joondalup through the Cycling Election Commitments package. The path will connect to Hillarys Boat Harbour and improve connectivity to Padbury Primary School and Duncraig Senior High School.

Section 2: Coastal Section South (5 km). This shared path upgrade is due for completion in late-2024 and will connect Hillarys Boat Harbour to North Mullaloo.

Section 3: Coastal Section North (2.6 km). This shared path upgrade is due for completion in early-2025 and will complete the connection from Ocean Reef Marina to Burns Beach.

Both coastal sections are fully funded as part of the State Government’s Cycling Election Commitments package.

Benefits
